Conference fees and registration

Fees, per person, to attend the conference are given below. These include attendance at all sessions, documentation, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, the evening social events and access to all speaker slides.

Employees of an ILA Member company may register as delegates for Pb2019 at the reduced fee shown above. Pb2019 speakers and session chairmen are entitled to a special registration fee of €1095.00 + VAT at 21%.

Accompanying persons

A fee is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to Pb2019.  This will cover lunches and evening social events, but not attendance at the Conference sessions or coffee breaks.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time, but please notify the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.  If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.  The following refund conditions will apply:

Cancellation before  26 April 2019

Full refund less a service fee of €75

Between 26 April and 31 May 2019

50% refund

After 31 May 2019

No refund
